Product Info:
Agaricus Blazei is a cultivated mushroom that is now grown in Brazil, the U.S., Japan, China, Korea and other Asian countries. Former President Ronald Reagan used it to help fight skin cancer, which helped make it more popular. It is said to have the ability to boost the immune system and fight/prevent tumors. Intense Japanese research with Guinea pigs revealed that Blazei prevented cancer development 99.4 and cured it 90. These dried mushrooms include the stem and cap.

Suggested Use:
Use in salads, soups, as a side dish, as a tea or alongside fish.

Ingredients:
Blazei Mushrooms.

Basic Preparations:
To reconstitute, place desired amount into a bowl covered with hot tap water and let soak for 20-30 minutes. Or, rinse and add directly to recipe that will cook for at least 25 minutes. One ounce dry reconstitutes to 3-4 ounces.
