Product Info:
Whole Grains of wheat, specifically of the species Triticum dicoccon. Also known as Emmer Wheat.

Suggested Use:
Use Farro in soups, salads and side dishes.

Ingredients:
Farro (contains wheat).

Basic Preparations:
Place 1 cup Farro, 3 cups water, and 1/2t. salt in a medium saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, turn heat to low, cover, and simmer for 50 minutes. Makes two cups of cooked farro.
