Green Anaheim chiles are diced and dried, then granulated.

Suggested Use:
Anaheim chiles are a good complement to egg dishes, stews, and vegetable dishes. They are also commonly used in salsas, and can be roasted and stuffed to make rellenos.

Ingredients:
Anaheim Chile.

Basic Preparations:
Rinse product first with cold water. Soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes.
